If you're too busy stuffing your face and having fun, it's OK, the server will do it. Diners transport the meat to their plates using the handy tongs found at each place setting. The meats are sliced to order and fall into the tray placed at the bottom of the skewer. Velvety-textured salmon comes around as well, the only item not cooked on the rotisserie. There's plenty of action, too, at the tables. Guests seated nearby can watch the chefs in action.
